At Big Mountain Apothecary, we understand that sometimes

a product may not meet your expectations. Please read below to thoroughly understand our refund and return policy.

​The prints for Big Mountain Apothecary apparel are custom printed for each customer order and because of this all sales are final.

Please carefully review your size and color selection on every product page before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit. Every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colors

and images of our products and apparel.

We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor

will display the colors accurately. 

Our desire is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us and a customer representative will contact you within 24-48 hours. All damaged items must be pre-approved for replacement and all damaged items must be reported within 7 days of purchase. Supporting photographs must be included in report to be considered for replacement.
